Hey all. So I am 33 and only just found PE. I have always been ok with the size of my penis just always wanted more. I am currently about 7.25”L 5.25”G. I am only 5’6’” so I have been told that I am Big. I can only assume that a lot of that has to do with proportion. I always felt like I was just shy of where I wanted to be so I am hoping with the exercises and your help I will get to my ideal size. I figure about .5” in length and girth should do it. That would put me close to the magic 8x6 which I guess I will use as my long term goal. I have been at it consistently for about 3 weeks now and have tried my best not to measure and overdue it but it’s tough. I am trying to listen to you guys and just stick to the newbie routine.

Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Best advice? You probably already figured it: stick with the newbie routine. You’ve already got a big penis, so anything you gain will just be a bonus. Take it easy and remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Good luck.

It also isn’t a race to see who can do the most PE. Stick with the newbie routine and measure at the end of the month and only make small adjustments if no gains are recorded.

As others have said before; you’re big by any means, despite proportion or not.

Stick to the newbie routine until there’s no more gains and work from there.

Some but not a lot. You are 1.25”s over average in length and 1/3”s over in girth.

Thanks for the feedback fellas. Who do there was a community like this one? I will stick to the newbie plan. It’s been 3 weeks now and I haven’t seen any real gains yet but my erections definitely feel stronger. It seems like from what I have read that most guys won’t see gains for at least a month or so. Is that true for the most part?

Yes, and some even longer. Work on your technique, stay consistent, and watch your PIs and you will gain.
