Hi guys,

After one month of all day hanging and all day stretching and a lot of masturbating and having a lot of sex too, I am a bit confused.

Last week end, when I had sex I looked down at my penis and it looked huge. It looked rather large than it usually looks. I was proud of that. I kept on training very hard last week and thought about my ” proud moment” of last weekends sex.

So I wanted to take a meassurement. ( Even though I don’t like measureing until at least 3 month, because it is pointless to meassure or to be focused on meassuring all the time)

I kind of realized that my erections were not that hard either this week.

So I took the meassure.

I gained two milimeters in girth ( which also can be just lots of blood because of the whole masturbating and I know that I should not exercise at least two days before meassuring)

But bigger then is better than being smaller, always ;)

So I took the length and I lost 1,8 centimeters in length.. WHAT THE FUCK!?

My dick feels kind of wobbly and melted. Did I do too much? Is this fucking over training?

CAN TURTLING BE PERMANENT AGAIN?? That would be a catastrophe!!

This pisses me a bit off.. I put so much effort and organizaion into the last weeks..

Try measuring again now on a different day. Sometimes it’s a good idea to take multiple measurements and take the average since size can fluctuate easily. Hard to say if you over trained because you barely outline what you’re doing, but you could have done too much if you dick feels over fatigued. What’s your actual routine, did you do a more practical routine before doing all day hanging and did you work upto it prior? and how many days a week are you doing it?

1.8cm is almost certainly (99.99999%) an EQ issue. Maybe having sex feeling like you did made you kind of underwhelmed with just your hand. I wouldn’t stress about it. Maybe just have a ruler nearby when you do your routine and measure one of the times you overshoot your erection level for PE work.

What’s your past pe experience? Maybe your lucky to have your dick still attached to your body.

Ya I think the most important question here is, is this your first month of doing any type of PE? Or has your dick been conditioned at all before this? If not, like said above, be happy your penis still functions at all! You need to look into the newbie routine if you haven’t at all, plus any other information you can soak in on this forum, which is plentiful.

Routine

Thanks for the responses guys,

I was routined before I started this month of hanging. I had gains two years ago with an all day rod stretcher.

Current routine: I hang for about one hour with 1,8 kilogramms ( 3lb) then off. Then I stretch with penimaster pro for one to two hours with 500g - 1kg (1lb - 2 lb). And sometimes I add one hour hanging with 1 lb.

Plus a little bit of jelqing before I go to sleep.

Routine is 5 days straight through. 2 days off on weekends.

But I don t conrtol the clock. I don t hang on a tight schedule. Only when I got time. But I try to hit the whole procedure to 4-6 hours daily. I gained 0,55 inch with such a routine last year, but only with stretching.

All day hanging is new for me but I think very effective. Manual stretching never got me going kind of..

Erection quality seems to me a very important factor for this. I kind of feel that my dick is heavy fatigued.

I am really anxious about turtling though. What if my ligs are really fighting the stress?

But a few day off might be a good idea. Probably gotta find better feeling for recovery.

Probably best to take some time off if you do feel fatigued. Maybe a few weeks or until your dick feels back to normal and you have good PI’s. Then maybe cut your routine down a little bit or at least the weights and work back upto them in time. Btw 1kg = 2.2lbs so when you say you’re doing 1.8kg you’re actually closer to 4lbs.

Hope it works out for you! Taking breaks isn’t easy but it’s sometimes neccesary.
