Help involuntarily PC muscle spasm

i feel like my PC muscle is tensed when i masturbate my dick just clenches involuntarily even though i have a well developed PC muscle through kegels.

What should i do to to make my PC muscle relaxed and normal rather than clenced .

I used to last for 2 hour masturbating i can last too now but i feel that my PC muscle clenches with no reason maybe because i practised kegel too much hope somebody will help me?
I read about reverse kegels too but how to do them exactly?

I have never heard of this issue. The first thing that comes to mind is just soak in a hot bath tub and relax for awhile.

You do too many kegels and not enough reverse kegels. A lot of us have and too many kegels lead to premature ejaculation during sex. Reverse kegels fix it.

In a normal kegel, you squeeze the muscle to hold back your pee, or stop the flow in midstream. In a reverse kegel, you try to push out that last drop of pee, or increase the pressure of the stream.

But that’s easier said than done.
Ok when i pee i can do it but in normal state it’s difficult.
Ok I’ll try that.
But it’s going to be diffcult if I’m practising it correctly

Alright, first I’d recommend reading the Forum Guidelines, proper grammar is necessary here. Though if English isn’t your first language, I can completely understand.

Reverse kegels are a bit hard to pin down at first, but once you can do it they become easier (as with anything). Here is how to tell if you are doing reverse kegels properly: get a 50-70% erection (hard, but glans not inflated). While in a sitting position, leaning forward slightly, reverse kegel. You should see your glans balloon and go from wrinkly to shiny. Don’t be surprised if your erection goes down after reverse kegeling.

Ok Guys, 2 weeks now since i’m practising reverse kegels and everythings looking great.

I feel my PC,BC muscle is quite strong for doing it for the first time in reverse kegels.

It have become easy too.

My lasting prowess during masturbation have returned to normal and have increased so much too.

Now I can edge like crazy too.

It’s so great.

I think my kegel muscle flex was stronger than my reverse kegel muscle flex but now it’s becoming balanced.

Good. If only more people believed in the power of reverse kegels and actually tried it there would be less guys with PE on the forums.

If your Kundalini is activated it will cause muscle spasms. It takes extreme consciousness to allow the dis identification and relaxation.
