Help isolating pelvic floor muscles for kegels

I tried looking up how to do them online and can do the ‘stop pissing midway’ thing, but I can’t seem to isolate those muscles normally.

Is a kegel the same as when you sorta ‘push’ the dick up slightly at will, or is that a different set of muscles?

Whether bouncing up my dick or trying to activate the muscles in the taint opposite to the prostate, I can’t seem to get a ‘squeeze’ sensation, only a brief, slight flex.

Go pee and stop the flow. That’s a kegel.

That’s why you need to exercise those muscles, because they are weak. Sounds like you are activating them though. Just keep doing it and you will get fast improvement.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I can hold urine or shoot water up my ass and hold it in to activate the muscles, but I can’t get that level of squeezing otherwise, so it feels as if I can’t isolate them normally. I can press my fingers on my taint while doing so and feel the muscles tighten but it doesn’t feel like they’re tightening when I try squeezing normally.

Unless I have but it just doesn’t feel like it because they’re so weak.

It takes a little while for the squeeze feeling to be felt properly. When I started I could hardly feel anything like you say and a few months of light workout later I can manage a good 10-15 second squeeze and it’s a lot more noticeable. Give it a couple of weeks of doing whatever you can and it will pick up

Technically there’s a few different muscles to exercise down there. The muscle that stops you pissing is between your butt and your balls. Exercising this will give power to your ejaculations but too much can make you cum too soon.

There’s also muscles that sort of connect the topside of the base of your cock too your pubic bone. If they are untrained and weak they are quite hard to isolate. But well trained they give stronger erections and better control over your ejaculations.

I can only really feel these muscles when erect. I imagine lifting the base of my shaft into my body, but don’t actually use my hands. You can also try pulling your cock directly upwards gently and focus on using the muscles to pull it back.
