Help isolating pelvic floor muscles for kegels
I tried looking up how to do them online and can do the ‘stop pissing midway’ thing, but I can’t seem to isolate those muscles normally.
Is a kegel the same as when you sorta ‘push’ the dick up slightly at will, or is that a different set of muscles?
Whether bouncing up my dick or trying to activate the muscles in the taint opposite to the prostate, I can’t seem to get a ‘squeeze’ sensation, only a brief, slight flex.
