Help Making A Training Regimen

Hey guys, can someone assist me in making a detailed training regimen/routine? I’m kind just going at it best I can, but I have no idea when to do what and when to take off days and what not. I do not wish to include jelqing or manual stretching.

The devices I have are:
Bathmate Hydromax 7
PeniMaster belt, rod device, and weights for hanging
Phallosan Forte
Clamping device
Zen Hanger Anti Turtle Sleeve

Currently I’m using the PeniMaster (rarely if every use the Phallosan anymore as the PeniMaster is a FAR superior product) as often as possible (6-10 hours a day, 6 days a week) and the Bathmate about 5-6 days a week. But I’m wanting to add hanging and clamping into my routine.

A good routine example would be something like:

Monday: PeniMaster 2 sets 3 hours each
Bathmate in between PeniMaster 2 sets 5 minutes each. Include warmup and cooldown
Tuesday: PeniMaster 2 sets 3 hours each
Hanging in between PeniMaster 2 sets 20 minutes each
Wednesday : off
Etc. Etc. Etc.

I know I’m asking for a lot, but any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already gained about a half inch in BPEL in a month, so I know I’m on the right track, but I want to be significantly more structured in my regimen. I also have no idea when to clamp or hang, and I have no idea if I’m over doing it or not. No injuries yet, but I’m desperately wanting to avoid them.

Also, I’m considering purchasing a red light therapy lamp from a PE product site (can’t remember what it’s called) to use when I’m resting (off days or in between sets). Anyone tried one of those and would it be worth the purchase? I think it’s like $200 so not wanting to buy it if it isn’t going to benefit at all.

Newbie gains for sure. If it’s not broken don’t fix it.
Until your gains slow down or stop stick with what you are doing.

Once you are ready to move on take the time and incorporate jelqing (it is a must, practically ALL of the major gainers jelq)
Everyone’s body is different and everyone reacts to stimuli differently. The best routine you can do will be one you figure out yourself through experience and research.
If someone else gives you a routine to follow they are taking a shot in the dark as to what will work.

Your looking to break your dick. Your already doing a lot and you want to add hanging and clamping?! Bad idea. Keep it simple and keep it consistent while keeping it safe. As thepi0neer said any of us giving you a routine is gonna be a shot in the dark. We can’t take a routine and assume it will work for everyone.

As for what I’m doing currently, I’m following how my body feels and reacts. If it felt like I was doing too much, I would stop and take a break. I’m doing everything based on how my member feels. In no way does it feel overworked/taxed/sore or anything like that. That’s why it’s almost difficult for me to take an off day, because my dick doesn’t feel like it needs it. I’m a smart man and I know how to read my body, but I am uneducated in more advanced PE techniques and when to incorporate them.

Currently, my routine only includes PeniMaster as often as I can when I get home from work, sets of 3 hours, probably averaging 6 hours a day. But rarely ever afterwards does my dick feel tired or sore, like after a good workout at the gym. It just feels like it normally does, like I didn’t really do anything at all.

After my first set with the PeniMaster, I take a 30 minute break, then 5 minutes of warm up, then 3 sets of 5 minutes with the Bathmate. I’ll do the bathmate for 2 or 3 days straight, then take a day off. But this also doesn’t leave my dick feeling tired or worked in any way, he’s just like “alright, what’s next, what you got?” and I’m like “Wth? Isn’t it supposed to feel tired or stretched or something?” I know what that feels like because I felt it during my first week, and then adjusted what I was doing accordingly to make sure I rested and healed. But I’m not getting that sensation any more.

Any who, I’ll continue to adjust my regimen based on how my body responds, but I’ll take an obligatory day off every 3 days or so, just to make sure I’m not overdoing it without knowing. I’ll wait to incorporate Jelqing until I have a month or so continuous of no gains. Based off your reactions, I’ll wait to incorporate hanging until probably a year of PE. That goes for clamping as well. Thanks for the advice guys.

It’s good, not weak or anything. I mean, I’m 32,so if I’m tired of may be more difficult for me to get an erection, but the quality is real good.

Huh? I use an extender device (the PeniMaster) for on average 6 hours, sometimes more sometimes less depending on how much time I have, then I’ll do 3 sets of 5 minutes with the bathmate. That takes maybe 30 minutes when I add in rest time and warm up.

I take 1 or 2 days off per week
