Help Making A Training Regimen
Hey guys, can someone assist me in making a detailed training regimen/routine? I’m kind just going at it best I can, but I have no idea when to do what and when to take off days and what not. I do not wish to include jelqing or manual stretching.
The devices I have are:
Bathmate Hydromax 7
PeniMaster belt, rod device, and weights for hanging
Phallosan Forte
Clamping device
Zen Hanger Anti Turtle Sleeve
Currently I’m using the PeniMaster (rarely if every use the Phallosan anymore as the PeniMaster is a FAR superior product) as often as possible (6-10 hours a day, 6 days a week) and the Bathmate about 5-6 days a week. But I’m wanting to add hanging and clamping into my routine.
A good routine example would be something like:
Monday: PeniMaster 2 sets 3 hours each
Bathmate in between PeniMaster 2 sets 5 minutes each. Include warmup and cooldown
Tuesday: PeniMaster 2 sets 3 hours each
Hanging in between PeniMaster 2 sets 20 minutes each
Wednesday : off
Etc. Etc. Etc.
I know I’m asking for a lot, but any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already gained about a half inch in BPEL in a month, so I know I’m on the right track, but I want to be significantly more structured in my regimen. I also have no idea when to clamp or hang, and I have no idea if I’m over doing it or not. No injuries yet, but I’m desperately wanting to avoid them.
Also, I’m considering purchasing a red light therapy lamp from a PE product site (can’t remember what it’s called) to use when I’m resting (off days or in between sets). Anyone tried one of those and would it be worth the purchase? I think it’s like $200 so not wanting to buy it if it isn’t going to benefit at all.
