Help Me Build My routine
Hey guys, I have tried PE before with limited success. I am going to give it another go.
Currently I am 21 and I’m at 7 length/ 4.75 around. My goal would be 7.5 by 5.5 over the next few years which I do believe is achievable.
I was wondering what kind of work out you guys would recommend.
Here is what I am thinking so far:
I will work out Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. I’ll do some stretching post shower every morning. Right now I would be doing the following for this portion of the workout:
Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight Out, and Up and Down V-Stretches. I was wondering how many reps of each you would recommend.
I would wait until night before I went to bed to do girth routines. I would warm up a bit with some water and probably do one set of the aforementioned stretches to get myself nice and pliable.
I’m not really sure what to do for girth routines. I have jelqed in the past but I never really felt enough expansion.
I do feel expansion when I use one hand as a manual clamp at the base and use the the other hand to jelq. Not really sure what these are called.
I am getting my own place next year and I have thought about buying a bath-mate to use prior to my girth routines just to get engorged and make sure I get a great workout.
Any ideas on set/ rep numbers and what other exercises I should add.
I am trying to keep my workouts half an hour or under.
