Help me choose my split: Jelquing, Bathmate and VacExtender4

Hi all. After months of thinking, I have decided to start a PE routine for the first time in my life. I am 29 y.o., uncut, 5” and 4.5” girth. I was thinking of starting with Jelquing and Bathmate, as I would like to increase both girth (primarily) and lenght. I also looked into VacExtender4. In terms of schedule, how would you guys organise these first few weeks in terms of split between jelquing, bathmate and extender? Do they need to be phased sequentially?

I always put in a good jelqing session directly after my bathmate. I have seen great results with the bathmate, and jelqing I think produces great results as well. I am still a newbie, so no expert advice here as long as you have a good routine and stick with it, you will see gains.

“After months of thinking” lol, you’d probably be done with the newbie routine by now and have some results already if you didn’t think too much.

I’m not a super PE vet at all, and I’m around your age, but if I could’ve changed one thing is think less and do more.
The simple things work, why do you want such a gruesome and intense split as starting point.

I suggest you do the newbie routine for 3 months and then start wearing an extender. But continue with the newbie routine indefinitely.

Wearing an extender will be easy to put in 7-9 hours per day at first…eventually when you get to longer extension you may only bear 4-5 hours but consistency is absolute key.

As for bathmate I never used one but apparently it works for walthkw1. I used a gauged airpump but it gave me nothing but permanent discoloration. The temporary gains are immense but I view it like GMO gains…it’s fake.

I would use PE tools sparingly, because whenever you will plateau and your gains will stop you will be glad to use a new tool to break the plateau.

But at the beginning of your journey you’ll hear loads of different takes from different people and it can be confusing or overwhelming. Key is that you do something, and in my humble opinion, the classic wet jelq and extender is like your bow and arrow. Everything else is accessory.

Im also uncut and similar to your measurements, I have mostly been extending, and let me tell you 7-9 hours a day is not even close to what i can manage. I tried all the different ways to attach the extender, but the only thing that works is the noose. Its uncomfortable and its not something i can just put on and forget about, so even tho i work from home, I cant really wear it and focus on work. I am aiming for 2 hours (with brakes every 30-40min) at the start of the day and 2 hours at the end, but so far its been mostly 2-3 hours max.
I think its mostly the fact that I am uncut, and my dick is also quiet squishy, so when I tried using the vac attachment, It just didnt work. I cant get my dick inside the sleeves, they were either too tight or too loose. I tried using wrapping but my foreskin just rolls forward and it all comes off. There is a tutorial here on how to tape your foreskin back, in order to prevent it from slipping, but it didnt work for me, and when i took of the tape it was extremely painful as the inside of my foreskin is very sensitive.
The noose can make your glans cold and its a bit scary, but I have been using it for 2 months for about 90 hours total and i didnt experience any injuries. Warming up before and taking it off every 30-40 minutes helps i think.

I just started jelqing 2 days ago right before the extender use so I cant really comment on the effectiveness of that, but after 10 min of manual stretches and 90 hours of extending I have gained 1-1.5cm in BPEL but nothing in EG (thats why I started jelqing).
I will see if I have any gains in girth in a month and if not I will consider getting a pump or trying out different manual girth exercises.

From my experience I recommend you start with the newbie routine and using the extender (start with low traction and time at first and gradually increase it over the weeks) and consider the pump for later.
I would also like to note that my gains could easily be just from the manual stretching, I mean its probably the combination of both extending and stretching, but by the statistics i found it takes 100-200+ hours of extending before you see results. Hard to say.

Lots of great and detailed answers here! I will start with the newbie routing and add the extender later. On that note, by reading online it seems that I could use the extender and jelq on the same day. But I might alternate between them every day as I don’t want to injure myself.

Also, has anyone got any recommendations on the extender? As I said I am uncut, and I have read that the VacExtender 4 could be a good choice but I’m open to more suggestions.

@pantera2994 - what vac cap were you using?

If you use different systems at the same time, you will not be able to assess where your gains are coming from.
That is a big leakage in energy over time.
I would recommend (I’m not a veteran) starting only with bathmate.
I know bathmate is not very popular within Thunders, but it has many positive things for newbies.
-Is kind of safe
-It gets your unit used to expansion, both length and girth, which will later be useful when you transition to air pumping
-It has an easy learning curve.

However, very few PErs have finally settled down with bathmate for gains, so that is just an introduction, as the newbie routine.
