I am in PE for 5 or so months I tried different thing - less intense routines , intense routines, more days off , hanging , manual.. Everything
I started with really poor EQ because of bad masturbation habits, before PE I have seen 11,5; 12.5; 13,5 cm on the rules
I added some length with ligs stretching.
Through all those months I start from 17.0-17.5 BPEL (and BPFSL) and go up to 17,8-18,3cm BPEL (and BPFSL)
As soon as I get above 17,8 BPEL and BPFSL on the same day I shrink back to 17.0 .

This thing happened at least 4-5 times for 5 months AND twice for the past 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks I was using really low intense stretches and jelq.
When I get to 17,8cm BPEL I get that curve , hence dorsal nerve/ vein thickening so I concentrate on A- stretches .

AND when I get to that threshold and surpass it I can stretch it to 18.7 cm with moderate force BUT after that I get less sensitive penis and LOSE everything.
Up until that measurement - on rare occasions negative PI’s but not dramatic.

WHAT is happening ? What should I do?
Is that my limit?

Are you using constant heat?

I don’t know what to use. I do my warm up but then when I remove the rice sock or heated electrical sock it looses temperature . Even I sometimes I cannot feel internal warmup to be honest. When I use the electrical socks they eat up the batteries in 20 minutes. I used like 20 batteries for a week.
What should I use ?
How many mm should I stretch ?
Should I keep it in longer state after the work out ? And how long should the session last?
I feel that there will be quick gains as soon as I figure out what to use for heat .

I like an electric space heater with a fan. That’s worked well for me.

What did you do ? Manual work or hanging ? Speed of growth ?

In my humble opinion that may mean that somehow, under a good erection, the inner blood pressure in your penis can extend the erection further but that length is not consitent part of your gains yet. You need more stretch to make that length loose enough to make it “erectable” under regular situations.

I suspect it has to do with the relation of the ellasticity/strength of your longitudinal fibers and the transversal ones.
IΒ΄ve explained in a different thread that in my case, peak erection makes me lose some length.
I notices I am extremely prone to gain girth, incredibly prone. Few clamping sessions i did in the past gave me a cm in girth, and I can notice the peak erection pushes the girth further, making my penis baloon toward girth, losing some length.
But i am extremely hardly gaining any length, very slow or at least not as fast as I can gain girth.

My opinion is your transversal fibers are the opposite, allowing you to get the most length of your peak erections cos the transversal ones are tight enough to constrain the girth and push the length. ItΒ΄s easy not to be in that peak 105% erection so to say, so you see lengthening coming and fading…

The first 6 months should be dedicated exclusively to newbie routine and penis conditioning. Intensity should be mild at this stage, ruling out hanging and tight schedules.

Poor EQ are common side effects of excessive masturbation or porn or both.

I do not know how to read my penis. As you are saying sometimes I get a bit lager girth and the other time length but in the majority of the good erections it is the same length and the same girth as if I haven’t gained a thing at all. Going back and forth.
In cases when I get the length temporary expansion I can see unusual upward curve as if the nerve is limiting length growth.

That is my 3Th attempt to enlarge it during the years .. With no success so far.
All I get is lig stretch and those 3mm before dead stop. So I have no option but to believe that the nerve/septum is the problem.
I am ok to start all over again with low intensity and build up but will it address the limiting factor without A- stretch ?
I get good pi’s up until that threshold.
After that it gets irritated and backs up.
I think 8mm gains is just EQ - normal/starting penis size.
Will constant heat be the solution ?

Alright, I used alot of heat and I did 4 stretches 2 min holds 2 of the stretches were light A-stretch , 1 straight out and 1 straight up.
10 min warm up 8-9 min warm down. It is not intense I guess. Flaccid was plump and full of blood but the same length as before the work out and didn’t retract .
10 min after the warm down I measured BPFSL and still the same thing after I surpass 17.8 mm there is a sudden loss of sensation during and after the stretch(now).it will probably turtle in an hour or so. I did have an erection an that was hard to get and weak with less sensitivity.

Is that normal or there is something wrong with me? I am really frustrated at this point.

One more thing I am uncircumcised and I peel off the foreskin and grab under the glans with moderate strength.

Could that be the reason? Should I grab mid shaft like hanger do?

Constant heat will help but you need to invest in consistency. You’re not giving enough time to see if the routine chosen will work or not.

Alright, but I don’t know what to do now and what about the numbness after even easiest stretching ?

If so, you are either gripping too tight for too long or not allowing enough rest between stretches.

An idea would be to sort out your poor EQ by rescheduling your masturbation habits. If you do porn, now is a good time to lay off of it. Once your EQ got improved, restart on the newbie routine.

Not just the glans, the whole penis . I don’t watch that much porn.
How much rest is needed between stretches I rest a minute or so .

10 to 30 seconds between stretches.
