Help Me Restart My PE Journey

I performed Jelqing for 1½ months, all in vain. I discovered PE through reddit, and found out it’s possible to enlarge your peen. I didn’t know about hot wrap before the exercise, neither I had any idea about variety of exercises. I got marginal gains and strong erections tho as a result. Current measurements are 5.5” without BP and 4.1” girth of shaft. I look forward to increase my length by 0.5” as I’m satisfied with current length, the girth is a concern tho. My peen is type of baseball bat (which I learnt through excessive reading about them XD) I.e. The base is too small (lesser than 4.1”). I’ve not done any exercises for past 2 weeks, since my routine wasn’t balanced according to my needs. I acknowledge that PE gains gets permanent over time, and I need to be patient. My goal is getting to 6”× 5.5”, if that’s possible.

I hope you’d help me create a feasible PE routine.
I had some questions too:
1. Does stretching help with girth of base?
2. Do I have to perform length exercises before moving on to girth ones?
3. Can I perform length and girth simultaneously?

What am I thinking the best routine for myself be (please I’d be glad if you correct):

1. Beginners routine every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
2. Shipping Bag lifts and S2S every night except for Sunday.

(Edit: I forgot to mention that I have less BMI than normal, would it affects the growth?)
