My advice would be to stretch where you feel you get the most good.
I have a low LOT around 7:00 but I feel that I get some of my best stretch in that direction (down) so I include it in my routine. But I also stretch equally in the other directions (up, right, left, forward).
According to the “theory” as you have probably have read, a low LOT may indicate that you may not have a lot of “lig potential” and so should focus on tunica work.
Maybe so, but I don’t no why stretching down wouldn’t also work the tunica. I figure that if “worst case” stretching down isn’t the optimal position I’m only doing it 20% of my workout and since that’s where I feel the best stretch I’m keeping it in my routine.
I think you should do what you feel works best for you.
Of course all this is just my opinion, I’m sure someone else will chime in with their view/experience.
My advise - listen to all openly and with a grain of salt.
EDIT - after re-reading this I wasn’t sure if it came off as though I didn’t believe or appreciate Bib’s theory, that’s not the case, I just mean do what’s good for you.
