Hi guys. My motivation levels are very low at the moment, I have a lot of work on my hands from college and thinking what uni to go to doesnt help. The stress is affecting me big time. I come home from college and literally think “Oh no Penis exercise tonight” and I usually leave it till 10/11 PM at night when my EQ sucks ass and the routine is done poorly. I would say the one thing that got to me, was that I dropped from .17 gains to around .5 gains in 2 months and now nearly none (4 months). I was bitterly disappointed and have tried so hard to get my gains back on track but just can’t, since I’m not seeing that girl any more and have recovered from unrequited love I don’t have any motivation. Mainly though it’s just the effort and reward ratio. Seriously how can someone with stress on his back feel that gains of 0.05 in length and 0.02 in girth every month from around 1.5 hours a week of PE be a great benefit to his life.

What routine can someone suggest I mix it between newbie and others like uli. I need to get this back on track.. Now!

If your EQ sucks ass get it better. Eat better, drink water, drink pomegranate juice, take supplements.

For me, the more I did, the more I suffer from bad EG. Test and see if your the lucky few that fall in the category more is less.

Some guys would rather like the idea of spending 1-2 hours a day jelqing or stretching for better growth. But for it, it just doesnt work that way (even if I wanted it too)


Sex, money, and jellybeans

No it’s not that my EQ sucks it’s that I put it off till after 10pm to do it. Just when my body is getting ready to sleep and naturally isn’t producing the sex hormone testosterone. I then have no drive to do the routine properly and it’s just a downward spiral of bad habits.

I find the motivation to do PE and go to the gym by telling myself that If I didn’t I’d still waste those two hours on some other unproductive crap. Might as well do something useful with that time.

What’s the first thing you do when you’re back home from the uni?
I usually rest an hour before I can study home, in that hour I now do PE.

Try to do you’re PE direct when come home. Your brain need rest, you can’t go direct from uni -> studying at home.

Stop.

Quit PE.

Start it again when your head is in the right place, and you’re motivated to want to do it, and do it right, and do it consistently.

The most effective motivation is not imposed; it comes from inside.
