Help!!!
For the last two weeks, I have been researhing for ways to PE without weights, pills, pumps or any of its equivalents. And finally I stumbled upon Jelqing, the “easy to do” method to PE. The problem is I see so many different versions of it that I’m not even sure which one to do. I know there are two methods of jelq - wet jelq and dry jelq, but I have seen about 6 ways to do the wet jelq and 5 ways to do the dry jelq. They are pretty much the same instructions with slight variations - ie. fingers used, position of fingers on the penis when jelqing or direction when pulling . Please let me know which version is the best and perhaps a link for the instructions. Also, does it matter if I smoke? Would it make PE impossible? Sorry..last question - I read the newbie routine - is it necessary to do the kegel when you first start? My goal is to gain on girth and length first, then worry bout the kegel.
