I couldn’t post this In injuries idk why, but I’m having some concerns because I believe something’s wrong. I was on almost a month of PE with no progress, and my EQ has went down, my morning woods are less strong, and it takes much more for me to get hard now, can anyone help and give me an explanation? I have also stopped PE for a week and seen no recovery signs

my routine was to start little with 5 mins of warm up with warm water, 3 mins of manual stretching, and sometimes 3 mins of jelqing because I was trying to focus on length, and 5 mins of warm water. That’s all

How hard were you pulling the stretches?

First off few see gains one month in so stop worrying about gains. Second that routine is so light I don’t see how you could possibly have an injury unless your pulling extremely hard. You also didn’t say whether or not you are feeling any pain so I’ll assume your not physically hurting. I don’t think it’s an injury I think it’s something else.
