Hey everyone quick question
Hello, I’ve been doing pe for on and off for about a year but have gotten serious about it in the past 3 months. I’ve gained a half inch in BPEL and some noticeable girth(I don’t measure girth). I did clamping last week and just from that I noticed an increase in girth. I am 6 inches now BPEL but I want to be as long as I can. I was wondering if clamping would stop my erect length gains as I’ve read around that it can but others seem to doubt it. Also just wanted to post my routine if you guys have any reccomendations for changes.
20 minutes manual stretching, 30 minutes jelqing(wet and dry) Thanks everybody.
