Hey Guys What Do You Think Of My Routine
Okay so before I get into it I just want say to I’ve been on this forum for YEARS, whether browsing as a guest and actually having an account. I was 17 when I discovered this forum and I’ve been on here ever since. I’ve had a ROCKY relationship with PE, due to my impatience, indignation ("why me"?, which leads discouragement) and laziness. Me and PE have been on an off for 10 years. Ill try it for a few weeks, then quit for months at a time. Rinse and repeat. As I said, I did this for ten years. But that stopped October 1st of this year. I’m going to trudge through this shit because at the end of the day, I want bottom out these women. Sorry not sorry that’s just want I want, and its what they want. But yea no more feeling sorry for myself and lacking resilience and being helpless. I’m doing this shit. So theres that now here’s my routine.
- 5 minute warm up
- 4 tug o war stretches (Learned this from a poster named Bird2. I think that’s his name. I form an ok grip behind the glads and right the base, and pull. Grip at the glands pulls away from me, grip at the base pull towards me. These are my favorite. They’re also my least favorite.)
- Kegel
- 4 downward pulls
- Kegel
- 4 upward pulls
- Kegel
- 4 side pulls
- kegel
- 4 wrist “wrap” stretches (take my penis and try to wrap it around my wrist, not as much as I possibly but enough to get a nice stretching)
- kegel
- 5 minute warm down
Stretches are 60 seconds each (so that’s 20 minutes of stretching) and kegels are 10 seconds
When I get the Maxi pump and clamps from Amazon I’m going to pumping and clamping into my PE sessions.
So my sessions will be like this
- 5 minute Warm up
-20 minute stretching
- 5 minute Warm up
-15 minute pump
- 5 minute Warm up
- 10 minute erect Clamp
- 5 minute Warm up
What you guys think? Am I over/under doing it? Will I be over/under doing it once I add the pumping and clamping? Please tell me what y’all think especially you @Titleist @Bird2 My goal is 8.5 x 6.1 I know that’s not happening anytime soon but I want to be on the right path you know? I’m willing to work for this. Thanks in advanced.

Now - BPEL : 7 - 7 1/4 not sure; MEG : 5.8
~ 8.5 BPEL X 6.5 MEG IS WHAT I WILL ACHIEVE ~
