Welcome! I understand the ‘on’; why the ‘off’?
Ultimately, motivation comes from within for something like this. You’ll get a lot of support here, but it’s up to you to get it done. Put another way, we’re pulling for you, but it’s up to you to do the actual pulling (stretching), or jelqing, or whatever your preferred PE exercises are.
Understanding the reasons for ‘off’ may help you with coming up with a realistic plan for making this work better for you in the future.
