Hi, what is the difference between overhand and under hand grip. Which one is better for jelqing?

I don’t think either is best for jelqing, it’s a matter of preference. What works best for you. I personally prefer overhand.

Totally agree. Do whatever works best for you and what you are comfortable with. I start my jelq routine underhand and about a quarter in I change to an overhand grip. I feel it gets more blood into my penis as my thumb and index finger are closer to the base.

Underhand jelqs are way more intense for me, so I typically throw one in for every 10 normal jelqs.

Imagine a penis in those hands above, left is underhand, right overhand.

I do left overhand and right underhand.. More comfortable this way.

Can’t see it makes any difference to the overall result.

I don’t do over or under , well,maybe under once in a while, I do with my palms faceing east and west,, this seems more natural, PLUS I have to jelq against my downward curve,, this hand position works best for that.
