Dandyist, my approach to PE was much the same as yours. I joined here, did a lot of reading, and started the Newbie Routine as a leap of faith, reasoning that nothing I was doing was much more strenuous to my dick than somewhat more vigorous and systematic masturbation. My first signs of success were much like yours, as well.

Actually, one of the VERY early signs for me was one day in the shower. Shampoo on my head, so eyes closed, I reached down and found more down there than I was used to. Sweet!

So I started three weeks ago (May 21st). I read an old post by some guy named newbie, who gave a brief outline of his routine and claimed to have amazing results. It was very basic and seemed a good place to start.

I’ve been doing 15-20 mins of dry, overhanded jelqing every other day, starting from flaccid. When I do get too erect I just keep going until it gets softer, usually after a minute or so. I don’t do any warmup, and I haven’t done any stretching. I don’t count strokes, I just do 3-4 seconds per until my time is up.

After a couple days I started noticing that my penis seemed heavier, and very vascular. Just seemed thicker in my hand. My libido increased substantially (probably because I felt like when I got erect I was wearing a cock ring, so my confidence increased as a result).

So I finally caved in and measured today, even though I promised myself I’d wait until at least a month was up. I measured exactly the same way, and did about 10 measurements. The results: my new BEL is just under 8.35 inches, meaning I’ve gained over a third of an inch in 3 weeks. I’m flabbergasted!

I just wanted to share with you all my short but sweet success story thus far. I’m going to keep with this routine for another couple months and then change to some other routine when I start to plateau.

What exercises did you do bro, I’m trying to increase for 1 inch in one month or 2, I’m like 6’9” or 6’8”, trying to make 8inch in 2 months if I can, thanks.

Please pay attention to the age of the thread you are responding to. This one is an ancient 10 years old and the OP hasn’t been active in many years. He won’t be responding to your post.

Expecting 1” gain in a month or two is not realistic. Think months, like six or even 12. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Start with the newbie routine to get your dick conditioned and reduce chance for injury.

Tbh didnt see the date that it was posted, but tbh I know it can’t be real but why not trying everything can happen, I just need to add 1 inch as fast as possible I know it looks stupid but I need to,
If we measure with cm I’m at 17cm just need to add 3 or 4 cm to make it 21cm in length, that is what I want, btw thanks for reply and telling me that I replied to a 10 year off topic.

Let me share a reality with PE: “as fast as possible” almost always means “injury”.
