Hot wrap and stretching question

I want to start this up again, and I want to make sure I don’t get injured. For the hot wrap I use a hot washcloth. Before I start stretching should my penis be extremely soft and flexible so that it stretches easily? I remember before I would use the wrap for a while it would still be somewhat harder and longer than it is other times.

Try to be as flaccid as possible when stretching but you won’t have to take it to the extreme. A little blood in the glans for instance is recommended to enhance grip.

Ok, thanks. What about stretching while in a warm bath? I’ve noticed it gets pretty flaccid in there, plus I don’t have to explain why I’m in the bathroom so long.

You mentioned grip, and that’s one of my biggest areas of confusion. I don’t know the terms, but there is the shaft, a middle area, and then the head. Do you grab right below the middle area? I’m uncircumcised, so the foreskin tends to pile up below there.

Stretching in a warm bath is an option. There are a few members who do that too.

I grab just behind the head, as the majority does. Putting some blood in the glans gives more resistance and makes the grip better this way.

I do my stretching in bath tub, and I feel a better grip this way, I think it’s because the heat of the water makes my glans bigger.
