Hourly Investments, and whats enough?
It probably seems weird that I seem to be coming at this with a stopwatch, but the fact of the matter is, I already run a fairly tight schedule, and after the June of next year, I’m likely to have even LESS time, I can put into PE. As it stands, waking up at 6, hanging and extending until 1, so I can work out before work, is 6-7 hours. I also tend to get home and off the clock at 11:15-11:30, after that, I hang for another two hours, before bed, and am up the next day.
The thing is, I’m currently finishing my prerequisites for Culinary School, and will be stuck going to classes on campus, and spending time in the kitchens there, learning and working. Most likely, I’m going to have to be down there at around 8 or 9. Which means, I’ll have the time I can invest, basically cut in half. So the question is, how much of a difference will this make? Going from 8-9 hours Mon-Fri to 5-6?
