How do i flex PC Muscle and NOT BC?

After a lot of research, i’ve came to the conclusion that doing kegels flexing the BC Muscle will aggravate my premature ejaculation problem. And i think that it’s true. Everytime i’m getting very aroused i feel my BC Muscle contracting. I saw some people saying you should flex your PC Muscle, not your BC if you want to last longer.

However, how can i do a kegel to flex only the PC Muscle and not the BC? Anyone got any tips?

I’m very interested in this as well I believe my BC muscle has been strained a little to some extent so I’ve held back from kegels and edging more than 5 or 10 minutes after my sessions
