How do I know if I'm jelqing correctly?
Hey guys. I’ve been in the whole PE scene for about 3-4 months now and feel like I am going in circles. I can never really tell if my jelqing sessions are good or bad, so gauging workouts and building off of them has been pretty much impossible. As a result, I have made little to no gains. Anyways, I would like to know how I know if I am doing a proper jelq. As far as physical indicators, the head of my penis becomes hard while I am doing a jelq. Does this seem like enough to say that my jelqs are being done correctly?
The reason why I am not sure of my jelqing is that after I finish a jelq session, my penis is engorged for a brief amount of time and my head reverts to normal in a matter of minutes. It just seems too quick. Also, I obviously have not been receiving any gains.
