How do I make jelqing work for MY penis?

How do I make jelqing work for MY penis?

Hey people,

I’m a 21 year old guy and I tried jelqing when I was about 17/18 years old. I often jelqed while erect and I think I may have overpumped with a vacuum device sometimes, however my penis did look more girthy especially after doing the exercises.

After a few months my penis started to discolor a little and it would sometimes even hurt. I would continue doing the exercises but not as much as I used to. Eventually my penis started to show veins I never saw before and It started to bend while my penis used to be almost straight. This all led to me getting peyronie’s like symptoms and my urologist said he did feel there is scar tissue in my penis.

Fast forward to now and even though I layed off the jelqing/penispump for over a year now, the scar tissue is slowely building up making my penis more bend and I actually lost more than a cm in lenght and my girth has suffered too since I have a few “dents” where most scar tissue is located.

I tried using a penispump on VERY low intensity because it’s supposed to help peyronies, but even the low pressure hurts my penis now and it just won’t fully heal.. Does anybody have a similar experience or know how to overcome this? I know this jelqing and pumping CAN work in a non-harmfull way, but so far I’ve done nothing but damage my penis.

Bump. Could anybody please reply?

On this what? What’s your question?

Its difficult to reverse the damage you describe without an invasive procedure. Once scarring has occurred and depending on the severity it develops a permanence. Manual manipulation may help with blood enriching healing, but it cannot cure the underlying scarring that has occurred. You will have to make a determination if you can live with the condition, and monitor the health of your erection. Obviously, consulting your urologist for remedies maybe your only alternative. It appears there are surgical procedures to correct the damage.

Prominent veins are a good sign actually.

Despite the common belief, even among urologists, there is no proof that Peyronie’ disease is caused by traumas:

Abstract
PURPOSE:

This study was performed to determine whether patients with penile fracture or a long history of forcefully bending the erect penis (taqaandan), as models of acute and chronic penile trauma, had an increased rate of Peyronie’s disease (PD).
MATERIALS AND METHODS:

The study included 193 surgical cases of penile fracture (average followup 85 months), 150 cases of long history of taqaandan, and 50 cases of PD. All 3 groups of patients were interviewed and physically examined.
RESULTS:

Signs of PD were found in only 1 case of long-term taqaandan and in no case of penile fracture. None of the 50 cases of PD had a history of penile fracture.
CONCLUSIONS:

Severe, acute trauma of penile fracture and moderate, chronic buckling injury of taqaandan are not associated with later development of PD. These findings question whether the hypothesis that trauma, trauma-induced smoldering inflammatory cascade and aberrant wound healing are the main causes of PD. Alternative, plausible, evidence based explanations should be sought for the etiology of PD. Any theory on the etiology of PD should provide an explanation for total lack of occurrence of PD following the trauma of penile fracture.’

Roots of this disease are most probably genetic and in a good number of cases it resolves spontaneusly.

Thanks for you reply. I don’t know if I can be sure about that though. A lot of guys over at PDS (a support forum for peyronie’s sufferers) experienced these symptoms as a result of jelqing or pumping. They probably overdid it though, but VERY low intensity vacuum pumping is supposed to help with PD, but not for me tho. I really really doubt this is all genetic since I could pretty much do everything I wanted to with my penis before doing any “enlargement”. What I just can’t understand is how something that SHRINKS my penis can enlarge yours. I must be doing it differently than you guys, and since I allready have peyronie’s my penis is more prone to injury later on. I guess what I want to ask is this: 1. Are there any guys here who are prone to injury like me, and what do you guys do? 2. Any guys who succesfully overcame peyronies?

Thanks for your reply. I allready went to an urologist and he didn’t do ANYTHING for me. There really is no cure and I had to ask for pentoxifiline and cialis myself. Since the doctors can’t help me like the doctors can’t help you guys grow your penis, I though that maybe I should keep looking into jelqing/VED but approach it differently. The reason I think this way is because I’ve heard vacuum pumping being effective for peyronie’s before, so it should work. Also, because peyronie’s is scarring of the tunica, and supposedly the tunica is able to stretch, right? There must be a way to break the tissue up that way like when you get rid of scar tissue in your muscles by massage.
