I think it’s more realistic to expect a percentage increase rather than an absolute increase. Of course, we both have no data to support our respective opinions… So the truth is out there, and probs lies in between.
My line of thoughts: a longer penis contains more cells than a smaller one. If every cell in the penis divides (hypothetically) due to PE, then the longer penis will gain more than the smaller one in absolute terms, but both have gained 100%.
