How do YOU jelq - Jelqing technique - Are Slow jelqs better than fast ones
I recently came across a site of videos showing many different PE tutorial videos. Some differ to here.
The way this guy jelqed was so quick, 1 second per jelq and he had a long unit as well. I mean no wonder the number of jelqs are so high by some people if they do them that quick.
I’ve always read here to do them long and slow, quality not quantity. Although when I first started I did them very quick, and did hundreds in a short period of time and gained well from it. But after quitting jelqing for a while I came back to it and took the advise to do it long and slow and have for a while without getting much if any benefit from it.
I’m now thinking if you do a lot of jelqs, (of course make sure they are proper) so you are expanding the chambers. But if you do a lot it may possibly be of more benefit than taking your time, slowly doing a 5 second long kegel.
