How do you prevent erection when stretching

Since our dicks get used to stretching not being a “sexual” matter, and they do not get hard nearly as easy from it, I wonder what effects that could have sexually. I know it takes me longer to get up now.

I’d guess probably getting erect more slowly than usual, as you’ve got more dick to fill? Or maybe not responding as fast because of repeated stretching, since you’re used to working it without getting hard?

The only way I could think of would be to take a piss first. I don’t know the specifics, but I’m pretty sure that it’s hard to be aroused while having to urinate. I think it’s because they both are two different processes requiring the use of the same valve so naturally the body has to choose one. Try taking a piss when you’re at even a 50% erection and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I bet it will be super hard to get it out. Then try to arouse yourself right after going. I don’t know about most guys but I’ve tried it and it’s a hard task.

Well I don’t think that made much sense lol, but my point is that you will slowly get used to it and your dick won’t get erect when you stretch, I bet all of us had that problem at the beginning.

Ya, it’s definitely a concern that the more accustomed you become to stretching and touching your dick, the greater difficulty you have in actually getting an erection. That said, you do get better morning wood and that after you PE, so the negative effects of that constant tugging are probably compensated!

I think most have this (unless ED is involved), I’m not going to say problem, because it’s not, depending how you look at it. You definitely must be completely Flaccid doing stretches, and be able to get it semi erect for Jelq’s.

Just my two cents, but it went away for me after doing stretches for awhile, maybe a couple of weeks. I think I was just more in tune to control it after a couple of weeks. Your dick will get accustomed to PE, it just takes time.

I’ve also noticed that using a heating pad set on high (not advising any one to do this, you have to find what temp your unit is comfortable with) for a least ten minutes, longer is even better, has worked for me. My dick was more pliable and completely flaccid, ready for stretches.

You could even try to do Jelq’s before you stretch, that could change any notion that your dick might have to get erect!

Your penis has to learn the differences between work and play. Right now its still in the play mode and will begin to get hard whenever you touch it. That’s what it is use to , it will learn the differences.

When you want to stretch and it thinks its play time, let go and let it subside, eventually it gets the message. The down side of this as other guys have mentioned, it now takes a bit longer to get hard when it is play time.
