How Do You Prevent Slipping With A Vacuum Extender?

I use the Size Doctor. At first I used it without any silicone shaft cover or glans cap. Now I use it, or attempt to use it rather, with a shaft cover and a glans cap. But they slide off my penis. How do you get it to stay in there? I’ve tried using the different size entry grommets (or whatever you call them) the Size Doctor comes with. It doesn’t matter how much vacuum I seem to be using. Any ideas?

I’m interested in the resolution of this problem; I just ordered the “Auto-extender” and wonder if I’ll have the same issue.

I presume there’s a plastic vacuum cap that fits over the glans? On the model I ordered, there were three size options, based on the glans diameter; does the product you mention have these options?

I have the auto-extender. It comes with 3M microfoam tape. I also tried silicone glans caps (well actually toe caps) but couldn’t make them not slip or else had fluid build up. Went back to tape. Tape is better. Use tape.

Is the little O-ring on the valve spindle still there, and does the wire bail press the spindle firmly down against the bell? You can also stick your thumb in the gasket, close the valve, and try to pull the bell off to make sure you don’t have an air leak at the valve.

If you’re a grower like I am, you have to have a certain amount of wood for the Size Doctor to seal and stay put, otherwise you’ll hear/feel farting noises as it sucks air between the gasket and your shaft. *Generally* once I get a good seal the bell will stay in place until I run out of time, but sometimes I go completely soft and it’ll slowly slide off. In my case that’s aggravated because I have an exaggerated torpedo shape instead of a normal shaft/glans, and there’s almost no ridge to butt up inside the bell to help maintain the seal.

Perhaps this will help the OP. My Auto extender just arrived yesterday and after a steep learning curve, and a lot of initial slippage, I got it on and wore it for three hours.

Similar to what Andy J said above, I too found the plastic cap system benefits from a little “chubby” action. I am right at 1.67” diameter at the glans when erect (5-1/4” MEG). I ordered the “large” at the advice of the manufacturer, but when I put it on, it slipped. Since I’m a “grower” and not a “shower”, my flacid glans was simply too small, so I used the old brain to work up a 50% erection and all was well.

This is what I like about vacuum extending. The vacuum facilitates some swelling of the glans which also promotes bloodflow to the shaft. After a session I have a really good plump flaccid hang. Compared to a noose attachment which cuts off bloodflow to the glans completely and lead to the ultimate in pencil dick.

And yes it really helps with the autoextender to plump up just a little before putting it on in order to fill the cup and get a better fit. I’m hoping over time that this could also increase glans size.
