I usually do my routine in this order:
1.Get a full hard on do a few erect kegels until I feel a stretch
2.Wait for the erection to start to go down
3.At this point (about 80% erect) I do my girth jelqs using a Jelq device, I recently started kegelling before each stroke which seemed to improve the results. I usually eat spicy food and watch porn to maintain this level of erection. If my penis gets erect from jelqing I will stop and wait for it to go down again making sure to heat it with my heat pad..
4.After this, I rest my arms and warm up for 10 minutes
5.I start my length jelq routine with a completely flaccid penis, with the jelq device I hold the end of each stroke for 5 seconds in a stretched position.
I find that the penis gets a bit fatigued after the girth jelqs so I rarely get erect during the length jelqs which makes the stretch more effective.
6.After my jelqing, I continue to warm up with my far infra red heat pad, usually for a minimum of 45 minutes.
7.The FIR heat improves circulation so much that I get the hardest erections possible, I usually do edging and erect kegels for at least 10 minutes, I find this part of my routine to be very important, if I fall asleep during step 6 and don’t do step 7, the improvement isn’t as impressive the following day.
