How does flaccid jelqing or jelqing less the 70 make gains

Its weird maybe someone can tell me whats happening to the penis if you jelq and your not hard how do the chambers or vessels widen or get bigger if theres hardly any blood in the penis

Its still a unusual force that the body has to react to.
You squeeze everything that is in it and stretch at the same time.

If I jelq near flaccid then its great feeling to stop at the glans and stretch the jelqed penis.
It feels more intense then a flaccid stretch.

As I understand it jelqing in a more flaccid state is more like stretching which aids lengthening efforts. I too like PE’ing with a softer ding-dong since I’m working toward length gains more these days, albeit not consistently.
