How far did manual stretching take you

95% of my length gains have come from manual stretching. I gained a very small amount of length from clamping.

Maybe I am pulling too hard ? I think it is important not too stretch too hard? and how much and often. If someone could shed some light on their routine and “secret” I would be eternally grateful.

In the last 4 months, I haven’t gained much from manual stretching because of the following reasons: (my own belief)

1) conditioned, toughend penis due to too much masturbation (stroking style not polishing the knob)
- too much jerking didn’t allow the penis to heal
- too much irritation causes penis to grow “stronger” not “longer”

2) unable to maintain 10% less erection level for stretching
- my erection is linked to my hand, so I have an extremely hard time to stay flaccid for stretching
- stretching 20%+ erection level may cause injuries (I can prove that myself.. thromb veins from gripping too hard)

3) pull too hard, too much PE, not enough resting, which leads to toughening not lengthening of the unit

If you want to stretch, make sure you do the opposite of the above :-P

- slowly increase stretching time (and a little bit force at a time)
- maintain less than 10% erection level
- don’t pull too hard
(when you erect, your body’s natural response is to increase the thickening of tunica and Buck’s fascia, which give the cylinder shape of penis; it’s futile and dangerous to pull when our body is resisting)

I always pulled as hard as I could without hurting my glans. If my ligs weren’t a little sore the next morning that meant pull harder.

I always took two rest days a week also.

My routine consist of streching only.I’ve made ok gains so far,expect some big gains by the end of the year

Pulling hard in completely “flaccid state” is not too bad.

Pulling hard with a semi can cause damages to the veins.

How could you stay flaccid(less than 20%) if you were pulling hard as hell?

I didn’t have a problem staying flaccid. The more I did it the easier it was.

If I started to get hard I would quit and restart when I was fully limp.

A few times as a last resort I would jerk off before stretching. That took care of it

First of all, no one should pull “as hard as hell” when he has 20%+ erection level.

I am one of those guys that get erection the moment the penis is pulled out. I did try pulling as hard as I can, and all I got is a hard guitar string like chord around the ridge of the gland.

It’s a frustration for those of us who can’t do a proper stretch without getting an erection (just ask Gator on here as well). He also has problem maintaining flaccid while doing a manual stretch. A simple 10 minute stretch may take as much as 40 minutes or more if I want to do a complete flaccid stretch and wait till my unit goes limp.

Also, I can get complete flaccid if I pull really hard, but why would I want more injuries?

I think the major problem with pulling/bending while in the less flaccid state/erect state is the greater potential to damage the tunica. While the tunica albuginea is very strong, it gets thinner during erection or in the semi-erect state (2.4 mm thick to as thin as 0.25-0.5 mm when erect) and probably in between those measurements if semi-erect due to stretch.

Sometimes I think that’s why it seems (for me) easier to stretch when I’m sitting down and I have a big flaccid state? Since the tunica is already thinner in this state, it’s easier to stretch it? If true, are there also more risks stretching in this state?

Do you shake it a bit(for a few seconds) after every 30 seconds to get the blood flow back?

Defiinitlely. I also squeeze most of the blood out of the glans before gripping or else the pressure would cause red spots at the tip of my dick.

Keep in mind that the intensity I used was very gradually increased over a long period of time.

When I stopped feeling a slight soreness in my ligs the next morning, that meant it was time to up the intensity.

In some ways I was trying to ride the fatigue like they do with hanging, except I took rest days.

This thread is motivating me to start stretching again until I make a hanger.

About 1.50 inches in 5 years.Gained another .25 using pe weights went from 5.0bpelx5.0mg to 6.75x5.7.Now using only pe weights as ads.Looking good esp. flaccid ar 5.0+.

What did you do to gain the girth and how long did that take?

I only did stretching and jelqing for the first 3-4 years.I took about a little over a year off.That got me to 5.5mseg.I started pumping got me another .2 but stopped because I think it was slowing down my length gains.I am now into pe weights and like the effects.
