How Hard To Grip During Stretches And Jelqs

So I know the obvious answer is to listen to your body but I feel like I’m still not sure if I going about this the right way.

During stretches I feel like I am squeezing too hard in order to keep a grip and feel any type of stretch. Even then I feel like I can only hold for a 10 count before I’m getting pain in the glans or things start slipping through if I loosen my grip.

Then with jelqing I feel like I’m not finding the right pressure. Either it feels too light and I’m not feeling anything or it’s too hard and its painful.

Is there any way to try to explain what the right pressure is?

Because of being unsure with stretches and jelqing I’ve started favoring pumping but am having some mixed feelings about that too.

I guess long story short is any tips would help.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise

For me, it’s that higher number - 70%. But higher than that, and you’re essentially packing the glans with blood. Not a bad move for building a big head, but not the intent of jelqing.

One indicator that your gripping too hard is that you will notice red dots all over the gripped area. When this happens, don’t worry. It goes away in a couple of days. Just make sure that you don’t make a habit of going this far. Nothing should ever hurt, and sometime pulling hard is a bad thing. It’s possible to toughen the ligaments instead of stretching them.

I always pull as hard as I can, despite that, I’ve never injured myself nor have I ever gained length. My penis is such that if I didn’t pull it as hard as possible I might as well not bother at all.
