How Hard To Grip During Stretches And Jelqs
So I know the obvious answer is to listen to your body but I feel like I’m still not sure if I going about this the right way.
During stretches I feel like I am squeezing too hard in order to keep a grip and feel any type of stretch. Even then I feel like I can only hold for a 10 count before I’m getting pain in the glans or things start slipping through if I loosen my grip.
Then with jelqing I feel like I’m not finding the right pressure. Either it feels too light and I’m not feeling anything or it’s too hard and its painful.
Is there any way to try to explain what the right pressure is?
Because of being unsure with stretches and jelqing I’ve started favoring pumping but am having some mixed feelings about that too.
I guess long story short is any tips would help.
