How it works ?

Hello guys, I have some doubts about how the PE works, for example, do the body tissues expand permanently or just improve the blood circulation making the body bigger or both?

There is a ton of info on the different threads if you want to nerd out of how PE works. The short answer from the reading I’ve done is that it is both. PE helps with EQ and you can also make long term changes to the tissues. I can speak subjectively that I’ve noticed both with my gains. At the end of the day, the ruler/tape tell me that I’m growing. One day when I have time, I’ll drill down on the science more but for now, I’m just happy with my gains thus far. Good luck!
