I feel I get the best workout from horses when I get almost 100 % erect and hold for anywhere between 10-20 sec depending on how it feels. 30 is too long because of the pain, or erection subsides and it doesn’t work your tunica anymore. Hope this helps.

I get the best out of my Horses at 95% erection (the squeezing off brings me to 100%) and hold for 30 seconds.
I should add I do a modified Horse (using an open hand I slowly close the individual fingers to simulate the sliding down the glans) as I find it more comfortable and gives me better results.

Remember guys, Horse 440’s are an advanced exercise and should not be attempted until you have satisfactorily conditioned your unit to the high stress level generated and have a fair amount of PE time under your belt.

As I have said, The Horse 440 is an advanced exercise and should not be attampted by a newbie! Use extreme caution!

The Horse 440 is the only PE exercise I ever used that gave me shaft discoloration. This is not something you should even think about doing until your cock is highly conditioned to PE, and even then it can be a bruiser.

I don’t know how you guys do horse440’s at 95%! I prefer mine at about 80%. I feel I get a better pump. Also, although it’s claimed that the Horse440 is advanced, be careful, ect. THEY WORK! My unit plumped up like an oscar mayar :eek:

I only did them for 10-15 seconds each. Usually did 10 jelqs, then a horse440, 10 more jelqs, horse440, etc.
