How long before I get rock-hard erections, based on current lifestyle and my routine?
Hi guys,
I just started the newbie routine, 10min jelq and 5min stretch. Did 1 session so far.
I’m going to commit myself this time to going for a long time with PE.
I just want to know, how long before I achieve rock-hard, long-lasting erections ?
My current EQ isn’t too bad. I just feel it could be a bit harder and longer lasting.
I currently lift heavy compound weights at gym (Starting strength routine).
I take vit c 500mg in the morning and complex vit b and zinc (25mg) in the evening.
I eat 500gram dried pasta cooked up and 10 whole scrambled eggs a day.
I’m quite overweight, at 6 foot 2 and 125kg, but am adding a lot of muscle weight very quickly.
I’m 32 years old by the way.
