Hi guys,

I just started the newbie routine, 10min jelq and 5min stretch. Did 1 session so far.

I’m going to commit myself this time to going for a long time with PE.

I just want to know, how long before I achieve rock-hard, long-lasting erections ?

My current EQ isn’t too bad. I just feel it could be a bit harder and longer lasting.

I currently lift heavy compound weights at gym (Starting strength routine).

I take vit c 500mg in the morning and complex vit b and zinc (25mg) in the evening.

I eat 500gram dried pasta cooked up and 10 whole scrambled eggs a day.

I’m quite overweight, at 6 foot 2 and 125kg, but am adding a lot of muscle weight very quickly.

I’m 32 years old by the way.

How long? That’s not really an answer we can give you. You should start experiencing results within a couple weeks, if you’re committed to the routine.

Your best results will come with your overall health routine, which you’re working on as well. As your vascular system improves, your erections should improve as well. Cardio and anaerobic exercises will shed your fat more efficiently than strength training, and better target your vascular system in the process.

caveat: most of us are not doctors, so not really qualified to speak on this. In my amateur opinion, your diet of pasta and eggs could be an issue. Read up on getting sufficient nitrates through vegetables and lose the fat to get better hormone profile in addition to the exercise. If you do the research, get informed and work with a qualified doctor, you’ll be good to go.
