Jelqing time? What’s too much?
Why have I seen many times veterans talk about jelqing for 15 min maximum or that anything longer then 20 minutes of jelqing is useless/counter productive.
Obviously I’m speaking upon already being well conditioned, but why is it not any good to jelq for longer periods of time?
There was a well known member on PEgym, that had gained a large amount of volume and he had talked about a routine where he would jelq for up to an hour straight with edging inbetween. He gained inches in length and over an inch in girth.
What about multiple 15 or 20 minute sets of jelqing inbetween other exercises all in the same routine? Using timing as a precise tool.
