How long Do You Wear ADS?

Just picked up a Zen Hanger ADS and curious if there’s an optimal time per day to wear? I have worn a traction device previously but hoping for more comfort with this contraption. I know the penis needs rest so just curious if there’s any benefit to wearing it for say 12 hours a day vs 4-6 hours. I know they work well alongside hanging but have not started that as of yet. I do pump 5 days a week.
