You know kline, onenekkidguy is on to some thing here. I haven’t PE’d in years, but when I did, I never left the Newbie Routine, because it is proven and it works.
I alway used it as a warm-up before the more advanced exercises. I used the Newbie till the day I gave up PEing. Many here have seen their fastest gains on
the Newbie Routine.
