How long should I do a decon break?

How long should I do a decon break?

Hey guy, this is my first post here.

I found thundersplace 1 year ago. But due to my lack of English’s skill at that time. I just don’t know how to start PE because I don’t understand most of the threads. So I start it with ProExtender instead of newbie routine. In the first month I started it so intense with 4 hours a day of extender. At the first 3 months I gained 0.3 inches but I did it for about 7-8 months and see no gain at all after the first 3 months. So I stop it because it hurt a lot and have a red mark at my glans. Now I’ve stopped doing PE for 2 months. So, my questions are how long do I need to decondition? Should I restart with linear routine or newbie routine? Can I gain with linear routine or newbie routine after my false start?

(I’m sorry if you don’t understand. English is not my first language)

I closed the other, duplicate thread that you created about 45 minutes prior to this one.

Welcome to Thundersplace, filmii.

Thank you so much, Don Logan.

I put it in the wrong forum.

I would say if you haven’t done any pe in the last two months you should be fine to start again. If you want to be extra safe you could wait another month but I don’t think it’s necessary. If all the marks are gone anyway and your EQ is normal.

As far as where to start? Maybe start the linear routine for a month and go up to the newbie routine after that. I’ve never done the linear routine myself mainly because it wasn’t there when I first started.

Thank you for your reply, jumbojim26. It helps me a lot!

Another question? Can I gain from just the newbie routine after my intense extending? I’m curious because I read the old threads and they said if you start with the hard way, you can barely gain in the soft way. And some agreed, some disagreed.

There is only one way to know, try!

There is nobody her that can give you an answer.

But most likely you can gain again and with a long deacon it’s even more likely that you will gain.

The standard decon break is 3 months. People often only do a month. The longer the better. You will never get to the point where your penis is as pliable as it was. You might need to think in terms of ramping up to higher forces more quickly than a newbie would but take care with that.

When you are doing manual PE also think about adding in shock routines. You’ve been training your penis to resist force for months, so getting over that might be hard. You need to surprise your penis. By a shock routine, I mean double up your normal routine or add some intensity some other way.

The linear newbie routine is a slower ramp. Start with the newbie routine.

Thank you for your good explanation, memento.
