How many times per day?

I want to know if it’s in off to make the routine one time per day.
I’m doing only in the evening (Idon’t have to much free time) and so far, no gains in lenght (I started 10 days before) and only small in EG.

One session a day is fine. Are you following the Newbie Routine?

10 days is no time at all. PE is a long term thing, start counting in months and be ready for months to turn into years.

If you don’t have gains within a couple of months you probably need to look at your routine again.
