I masturbate many times a week. In fact I’m about to masturbate for the third time tonight. Is this a weird problem. I just take every opportunity I get, and masturbate. It is a great stress reliever for me and I enjoy doing it. Tell me if it is a horrible problem, I just don’t see what harm I’m doing.
From reading some others threads, some people believe that masturbating a lot actually helps stamina and gains. Is that true? Will masturbating a lot help me last longer when I am with a girl? I guess I’m what some people would call a masturbation addict. I guess I could be addicted to worse things, right??

Well, any response on this would be very helpful.especially when I am contemplating masturbating or not.

I am new here as well, so I don’t speak with authority, but I believe you are abusing this forum a little. So far most of your posts have barely related to PE at all, instead talking primarily about masturbation and asking if it is a problem. While I suppose that is a semi-valid question (although I believe the answer is mostly up to you), it is not very relevant to the discussion of PE, and your posts always have a tone that is over-urgent. The posters on this forum will respond in good time, but there is no need to rush them. I do not write this accusingly, but I believe it would be appreciated by more than just me if you would try to keep your posts more in context and respectful.

I’m sorry if I offend anyone, but I’m am solely concerned with my masturbation gettin in the way of my PE gains. I am hoping that I will be able to Masturbate and still gain from doin my PE exercises. I was hoping that someone who actually has experience in PEing would answer to my concern, but thank you for tring. I was hoping that someone would say that masturbation does help gains when being done during PE exercise, or I was hoping that someone would tell me to stop. But thank you Psyonic for your input

A ton of people will say that masturbating doesn’t effect gains. But the truth is… it does. So that doesn’t mean you should stop masturbating, but don’t masturbate right after PE and try not to blow your load very often. Do a search on edging.

Based on one opinion survey and not a controlled study.

To say that masturbating after PE effects gains is kind of like saying you can unring a bell. Once the exercise is done, you can’t reverse the effect.

As far as masturbating a lot goes, I don’t think anyone has established an upper limit. :) But I hope you take your time with it, so you are not training yourself to be quick on the trigger.
