Start with the newbie routine, then learn some of the advanced stretches, research hanging, clamping and pumping, weigh the risks v. Reward and you decide. No one can tell you what you’ll gain, there are fast gainers and slow gainers, not sure which one you’ll be. I think if you work hard, dedicate & educate yourself, the chances of you reaching your goal are pretty good, especially if you take some calculated risks (hanging, clamping, pumping) AFTER you exhaust your gains with the newbie routine. Your goals are obtainable, but you’ve set the bar reasonably high. I’m taking the strategy of not setting a goal, but rather, points I would cut way back if I reach, but those measurements are rather large.
My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.
