I stayed with jelqing for the first eight weeks or so, then added stretching. If anything, jelqing seemed the least stressful on my penis. Hanging is not for me. I don’t think I would hang even if I made no gains. But then, who knows? But I never did any exercises that caused me pain or caused spots or discoloration on dicky.
I started out slow and easy. You’ve only got one joystick, right? Treat it gently. That’s my motto. I didn’t find one to two hours on a daily basis difficult. But then I was highly motivated, and I’m in excellent physical shape—for an old fart, that is.
By the way, check out the thread which discusses which method resulted in the best gains. I believe most made their biggest gains jelqing.
