You know, it’s not like he can’t do PE right now if he wants to, using the info freely available here. He just can’t be a member until he’s 18, and I think that’s OK. No reason for Thunder to risk problems by having minors joining up.

As to the rejoinder, I did a quick look around and didn’t find an obvious disclaimer about having to be 18. If it’s there, I missed it and he might have too. If there is one and he blew it off and joined anyway, then he deserved to get his wrist slapped.

It’s cool, you probably meant nothing agressive or hurtful by what you said.
Just that sometimes it’s the short and snappy comments that really play with our heads.

Similar to when a woman says “that’s small”.
Two words that are probably more powerful than most, and the reason why a good portion of men have seeked this place out.

I just know this because I had to go through bullying as a kid and through high school so I guess this is why I am sensitive to abruptness in speech.

The main difference here is that after your post he was banned instantly and has no chance to reply, just like having the last say and walking away.
But on the net and in this situation that is all cool (it happened to me for other reasons than age).

But when I was banned I couldn’t actually view the site at all let alone be a member.
So I suppose he probably won’t see what was written.
