How to advance? For girth

I’ve been jelqing and stretching for the past couple months (although i’ve been jelqing on and off for in the past, very discontinous) until now this is my routine:
-10 minutes rice sock
- 8 stretches, one minute each, up-right-left-down *2
- 100 wet jelq, at least 3 seconds each, erection grade barely sufficient to penetrate (60%)
- 5 minutes hot water
In a week 2 days on/1 day off
What kind of exercises can I add? I’ve got a big problem with time, so I need to add something quick but effective. I wondered what if I added Uli#3 every 20 or 25 jelqs? I do not kegel, It’s very boring IMO. I use porn to keep the erection going, is it good? And I do not fap, too, to be always quickly hard.
