How to feel blood moving when jelqing ?

I’ve been jelqing for awhile and I’ve looked everywhere for answers…When I jelq it is said that I’m supposed to feel the blood moving through the penis but I just don’t feel anything even after I’ve warmed up…what grips, exercises or any method that’ll help me feel the pressure so that I know I’m making progress….please help me

Are you using the correct technique?

Have you reviewed any of the training videos?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

A slow gentle stroke of your hand ( jelq) and if you concentrate and visualize you’ll begin to “feel” the movement.

I am and I have reviewed those using the ok grip and everything I still wouldn’t feel blood pressure moving through. It would feel like no work has been done when the session is over

I’ll be sure to try that but what if that doesn’t succeed with me ?

Well if you’re negative about it then it won’t. Be positive because whether you”feel” it or not when you jelq you re moving blood.

Okok Got it… is there anything else that’ll help get the blood moving that you know of ?

How to make the blood move when jelqing?

I don’t feel any blood pressure moving when jelqing

I’ve looked at different videos on it and tried myself and I’ll even grip a tad harder to and push up to see if I can move it then but still no avail :( Any answers on what I might be doing wrong so that I can progress. As long as I’ve jelqed I’ve need felt the blood moving like most say should happen.

“Feeling” blood move in a part of your body isn’t really the easiest thing to experience as a sensation. If you really could feel blood moving through your body you’d be flooded and overwhelmed with all the biofeedback. You can visibly see the penis swell, you may see color change from pale to red/pink/purple. If men are jelqing and expecting to “feel” the blood race through an appendage that is only a handful of inches long regardless of size (there isn’t a whole lot of space for you to feel any serious racing or coursing of blood through your veins), then men are likely hurting their penis in the attempts to jelq at strengths beyond those needed to expand and grow.

I’ve jelqed since 2003 and I have yet to actually “feel” blood move or race through my cock. I can feel it swell, I can feel it expand, I can see color and size change, especially in the glans its extremely notable that blood is in fact swelling my glans to beyond normal size and proportions it normally is at rest.

Please jelq responsibly and stop hanging on every word so literally, it can save your veins and precious penis!

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

So basically don’t focus on feeling the blood move. I was doing so because I wanted the assurance that I was doing it correctly. So in all the years you’ve jelqed you’ve never felt the blood pressure and you still managed to gain size correct?

I mean you feel your cock swell, you can visibly see it, you can touch it with your other hand while jelqing and feel how much harder and fuller it is than when you aren’t jelqing. But no, I don’t feel blood coursing through my veins, there are like thousands of veins and arteries and capillaries in a penis and I can’t discern blood’s movement in it. I can touch a vein on my arm and feel it pulse with my heartbeat, and kind of sort of maybe feel blood moving along it, if conditions are right and what I’m doing or had been doing physically is making me feel like I want to feel my blood move through a vein. I think trying to focus on the movement of blood is beyond the point of jelqing: you want to force blood through your penis and make it engorge it with each jelq stroke, you don’t necessarily want to feel, specifically, that blood moving. A jelq cuts off the flow of blood, you are creating a sphincter with your fingers/hand, basically, and moving all blood in your penis from the base up and into your penis to the glans. That’s the moving feeling, you should feel your penis swell. Sometimes you can’t, other times maybe you can. But look at what you are doing and note changes in your penis. If you can’t see changes as you are jelqing, try to get more excited before you jelq. Jerk off and get really hard and maintain an erection and be horny for a few minutes at least. Then your flaccid will be more receptive to blood increase and your jelqs might be more productive. I always get hard and have fun with my cock prior to any PE.

I can feel the blood pressure through the swelling of my penis as I jelq, for sure. But feeling the pressure build in my cock as I jelq and feeling the blood moving through my cock are different kinds of feelings in my mind, and I feel the pressure build but not blood moving. I hope any of this helps!

Oh ok thanks it did help and what if I don’t feel the pressure at all though?…like I did feel much pressure or fullness at all when jelqing…let me put it that way then.

The mistake I was making was not holding a kegal at the end to trap blood. Once I fixed that and tried alternating hands or styles of grip after a minute or two of starting out and practicing I’d start to feel a bit of pressure or flow I would say. Doesn’t always happen right away since we’re getting the penis used to the motion. But usually after 1-2 minutes I can feel it flowing or at least feel pressure.

Start: May 2022 6.75 BPEL 5” MSEG

maybe you don’t have a large enough semi going into your jelq and there isn’t enough blood in your penis during jelqing?
