I mean you feel your cock swell, you can visibly see it, you can touch it with your other hand while jelqing and feel how much harder and fuller it is than when you aren’t jelqing. But no, I don’t feel blood coursing through my veins, there are like thousands of veins and arteries and capillaries in a penis and I can’t discern blood’s movement in it. I can touch a vein on my arm and feel it pulse with my heartbeat, and kind of sort of maybe feel blood moving along it, if conditions are right and what I’m doing or had been doing physically is making me feel like I want to feel my blood move through a vein. I think trying to focus on the movement of blood is beyond the point of jelqing: you want to force blood through your penis and make it engorge it with each jelq stroke, you don’t necessarily want to feel, specifically, that blood moving. A jelq cuts off the flow of blood, you are creating a sphincter with your fingers/hand, basically, and moving all blood in your penis from the base up and into your penis to the glans. That’s the moving feeling, you should feel your penis swell. Sometimes you can’t, other times maybe you can. But look at what you are doing and note changes in your penis. If you can’t see changes as you are jelqing, try to get more excited before you jelq. Jerk off and get really hard and maintain an erection and be horny for a few minutes at least. Then your flaccid will be more receptive to blood increase and your jelqs might be more productive. I always get hard and have fun with my cock prior to any PE.
I can feel the blood pressure through the swelling of my penis as I jelq, for sure. But feeling the pressure build in my cock as I jelq and feeling the blood moving through my cock are different kinds of feelings in my mind, and I feel the pressure build but not blood moving. I hope any of this helps!
