How to increase flaccid size

My erect size is just over 6 inches when fully straight but not right now as its got a bend in it to the left so around 5.9 currently.

But id like to know how to increase flaccid size because sometimes my flaccid size is as low as an inch or as big 5 inches which to me is really weird.

Id like to know how to keep my flaccid size as big as possible and also gain more length/girth over time so any tips would be appreciated.

I think this would help if gravity had something to work on. Being very lean with healthy bloodflow are probably key. But when you have a shriveled 1 inch nub there might be other things that could we could do actively to get the process started.

The assumption I made was the OP is actively practicing PE. If not, the newbie routine will pay dividends.

I’m going commando like titleist advised. I do lots of A stretches and BTC stretches too. Might build one of the homemade hangers I saw on here when I’m ready to level up to a more rigorous routine.

I’d love to have a big old shower flopping around in my pants

And get in the habit of sleeping with your unit BTC. I used to start that way, but it would flop out during the night. Now, it stays like that all night (or who knows, maybe I tuck it back under while sleeping).

What Don said. Do not underestimate the long term power of the fowfer (tucked as Don describes). For me, it keeps the unit warm, and amazingly “pumped” in a way. I sometimes add a PT 141 injection (belly) before bed and when it hits, holy cow I get huge as I am tucked. I also apply a loose fitting rubber ring that won’t overly constrict, but when you get night wood it keeps it that way and plumps further. I do make sure there is no chilling effect, but be careful with that and be sure it’s a forgiving, loose ring. You don’t want to wake up with an eggplant colored cock!

Whenever I try to sleep with my unit in BTC, I begin experiencing strange ‘cramp’ like pain in the pelvic region - why’s this? It hinders the ability to fall asleep so I have to keep it out.

I’m no expert, but pain in the lower abdomen and pelvic region may be related in this case to the stretching of testicular chords. Just don’t ignore pain.

Flaccid gains came out of my normal program, but ADS usage has helped a lot.

I increased my flaccid from 3.5 to 6.5 with manual stretches, manual bends over my wrist and edging with no cumming. No extenders, pumps or other devices.

Stats as of 9/2022: BPEL: 8" Flaccid: 7" Flaccid Girth: 5.25 Erect Girth: 6 5/8"

Wrap it when you are not doing PE for 3-6 months. Keep it elongated as much as possible and it will change. I now stay near my erect length most of the time.

Anxiety, exercise, and temperature are the main things that make mine turtle.
