Yes my friend, I have already searched, but I am having difficulty finding something on this topic specifically: how many cycles to make and how long in each one of them.

Speaking honestly, it’s completely individual. That depends on many different factors, for example, your body, erection hardness, do you watch porno in the process or not, do you have tight or soft sleeve, do you have warm up or not, how high temperature is and maybe few others. Every step can be very important and general advice is to make no more than 5inHG pressure for 5 minutes. Basically, you shouldn’t feel painful or unpleasant sensation. That usually says about injury or incoming injury. You can easily get edema or red spots if you ignore. Or more serious trauma.

How much is enough to gain? Even few minutes can be enough, but again it’s individual.
