How to reach your goals and what you will face.

Like many things in life reaching your goals requires dedication, time and commitment.

Motivation:
Staying motivated is one of the harder problems many people will face, but it is all about mindset. The reality of PE is very slow and can take months or years to see changes. If you plan to change your size expect your time frame to be in years not months or days. On the days you lack motivation you need to dig deep and do your PE. Don’t quit, don’t give up, strap in and keep going.

Measurement:
Be consistent with your measurement and use a time-frame that wont harm your motivation. Take those little changes of 0.25cm and use them for your motivation. Flaccid gains will often come first.

Results.
Take the small wins whenever you have them and add them to your log or someplace you keep motivation for yourself. As you make more progress it will be much easier to maintain long term motivation.

The Pain.
You will experience pain in your penis and surrounding tissue. You will have many kinds of pain, but you will get very used to the normal general discomfort/dull pain. Sharp pain is your enemy and should always be taken serious.

The PE wall.
This can be at the start or during your PE journey, but most people will hit a wall that has little to no progress for long periods of time. This can really kill your motivation, but it can be overcome. Just take a look at posts on people who plateau with gains and how they overcome it.

Injury.
These can range from small blisters, strains, pealing skin or worse. If you are at the start of PE be careful and go slow because it takes quite some time to condition yourself to PE.

Be informed and take care of yourself, all your health maters not just your penis health.
