The best way to look at it is to just do them every day with the occasional break, but don’t measure and obsess over it - just do it as your normal routine, like cleaning your teeth. When you get too worried about gains, then you get injuries. It does work, that’s all that matters - just keep at it.
If it worked really quickly and it was easy, then every guy in the world would be doing it and would have massive dicks. There are some people that believe it don’t work at all, and I like it that way :)
