Hey guys this will be the start of my new thread! I’ve been in this community for about 2-3 years now and I believe that it is time
to strt a thread! I believe that this thread will help me out with my motivation and support from this great community!

I have been that type of guy that goes hard for PE for a couple of months then just stop when I haven’t seen any growth or anything
and today I am looking to change that!To get to know me a bit… I am athletic guy that works out a bunch (by working out I play soccer pretty much everyday and the gym regularly)
I have only gained about 2 cm. in length for the past two years of PE, and recently I decided to end the newbie routine and go a different pathway.
I have found a whole bunch of new stretches and I have purchased a cheap lil pump to go with my new routine.

(I’m still interested in hearing your guys routines if you think they would be better for me!)

I will start drinking protein powder again and going to the gym hopefully daily, I don’t know if protein powder will help with growth but it’s worth a shot
(If anyone knows the answer to that last question that would be great!)

Here’s my routine at the moment…
5 min wrap with hot towel (I might just shower for about 5 mins also)
5 min exercises (length gaining exercises)
Then 10-15 min pump ( I have a cheap $30 pump will that affect anything bad?)
5 min stretch
Done

So that is my routine as of right now, I want to add jelqing but I don’t know if I want to do that again
I have been on here for about 2-3 years now yet I still feel like I don’t know anything so any help would be great!

I also wear a cock ring (Homemade) pretty much all day what’s your thoughts on that one?

I am pretty proud of my girth I am just very disappointed with my length. Which is the main reason why I do PE, just to get
those length gains!

You can save the pump for another day, if yours doesn’t have an gauge, put it away for good.

Every person that desires to develop the penis size should jelq. If you did it before and got no results, something was clearly off or you didn’t gave enough time.

Jelqing seems easy but has tons of little details that most of us struggle to put everything together. On top of it we’ve to plan the schedule, sleep well, have a positive mind, eat heatlhy… not an easy job.

So far after about 2 weeks of pumping and doing what I have been doing I have actually gained a cm. in length which I haven’t seen
in about a year or so. So I am going to stick with my routine as of now but I am willing to add about 10 mins to jelqing.

If your gaining stick with the routine, what’s your PI’s saying.

And I second Lenny about pumps with no gauages.

Hey everybody! Its been almost about 2 months and boy do I have news for you guys…

I have continued with that same routine which I had listed above for these past 2 months with a 2 on and 1 day off scehdule
(I only changed one little thing with my routine, I just stretch for about 5 minutes before I put the hot wrap on)

Prior to this my measurements were…
5.1 in. EL
4.4 EG (I Don’t know why I put 4.75 that was very much wrong at the time)

So after these two months I am now…
5.8-5.10 in. EL
4.6-4.75

You guys don’t know how happy I am with these past two months I have never gained such lengths in the 3 years I have
been doing PE, I believe now it’s time for me to move on to more advance stretches and maybe its time for me to get a ADS

The combination of the pump and the cock ring has made my dick feel extremely hard like its this huge muscle now (Which it is)
If anybody has any opinions or exercises that I should try to move on to I am all ears!

I will try to be posting weekly now so yea that’s it for now so if you want to get my attention just shoot me a quick dm :)

As long as your gaining like you are I wouldn’t change anything about your routine. When you eventually hit a plateau, then consider changing things up.
